Community pharmacy teams continue to face a range of challenges, including workforce pressures, rising patient demand, medicines supply disruptions and incidents of patient aggression. The Pharmacist ACTNow Wellbeing Campaign highlights these issues and supports the wellbeing of pharmacy professionals and their teams.
This year’s campaign focuses on both personal and workplace wellbeing, encouraging pharmacy teams to prioritise self-care while fostering a supportive environment for colleagues.
