Palliative Care
Community pharmacies provide advice and stock an agreed list of medicines commonly used in palliative care for those patients near the end of life. Pharmacies provide a convenient access to these medicines throughout Worcestershire and Herefordshire.
During the coronavirus pandemic, additional demand on some medicines is inevitable with increased demand for drugs used for managing symptoms frequently seen in people infected with coronavirus.
The Palliative Care/Antiviral service claims should both be made through PharmOutcomes and not submitted via email. The previous Claim Form should no longer be used.
