Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs) are being introduced locally. These are collaborative groups formed to
address the comprehensive health and wellbeing needs of local populations.

Locally PCNs are looking at how to get neighbourhoods organised, so do ask at your local surgeries if anything is going on in your area and get involved if you can and please share with us any information, meeting dates etc.
